I deleted the tag "noname" because indeed, the name is unknown. I don't understand Arabic, but with the help of Google Translate, I'm seeing that the name in Arabic is wrong too. It's something like "medicinal herbs sales". It seems to be the description of the shop, not its name. In this same district, all businesses have the same issue. Name is for name only.

Indeed, I used Cadastre, as it's an official source, and I understand it can be outdated. I didn't know the BD Topo, I've just checked and it's really an official site too. So, the change is valide. This was fixed!
