I slightly adjusted the nodes by mimicking the placed nodes geometry that were overlapping with each other in the relation causing an error code “intersecting ways” in JOSM. I am reaching out in regards to edits made which broke the boundary relation for Delta Del Parana - relation/11179014/history#map=11/-31.9682/-60.5189.
Is there an updated boundary change to the wetland feature? The Ramsar site includes a boundary map for the feature https://rsis.ramsar.org/ris/2255

Thank you for providing the link for the ground view of the area. The edits I made were done to render the building complex in relation/3743527 separately from relation/3743529 (relation/3743529) and relation/7933366 (relation/7933366) I combined the two last relations as they share the same residential tags for the area. As I see now, a possible layer tag can be used in effort to render the apartment complex separately similar to the effect of a residential tower with outlets on ground level (building=apartments#Examples_of_purpose-built_apartments) Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
