The oneway roads were split here to aid navigation since they are technically directing traffic in separate directions. Regarding these edits, we have been following the section on roundabout flares on the junction=roundabout page from the OSM wiki. junction=roundabout#:~:text=Roundabout%20flares%3A,%3Dtraffic_island I will be more clear on my future changeset comments.
