Thank you for bringing this changeset to my attention, it is definitely causing issues not intended to. It appears that I dragged the railways without noticing and when it came time to upload, my software glitched and did not notify me of it and for that I apologize for my failure to notice such a major mistake.
Given that the original intentions of the changeset was no more than adding crossing nodes on a cycleway, I believe that the quickest fix will be to revert the changeset and then re-add the crossing nodes without the dragging of the railways. Here is the revert: changeset/160555943. Once again, thank you for bringing this up so I could fix it.
