I hope you are doing well. I wanted to reach out regarding a series of changesets made in Southern Guinea. I noticed that there are many disconnected highways and/or highways that overlapping buildings with these edits. Some examples include: disconnected residential highways that got extended (way/1305915717) and residential highways that were mapped overlapping a plethora of buildings (way/1305915719) 

OSM has many wiki pages that describe some guidelines to help avoid these disconnections and isolated features. Editing Standards and Conventions (osm.wiki/Editing_Standards_and_Conventions) describes road connections and other tagging conventions, general good practices can be found on osm.wiki/Good_practice and Africa specific tagging guidelines can be found on osm.wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa.
Additionally, I noticed that other community members have raised concerns about these modifications, which do not appear to be addressed. These messages are on changeset/152798942 and https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/152565402 

Effective communication with other community members can greatly help in fostering collaboration and ensuring the accuracy of the map in OSM. To better understand the reasons behind these edits, your input would be greatly appreciated.
