I noticed a lot of additions to this relation. These are good additions, just make sure when you add them that the members are not connected to one another by sharing nodes and ways. This helps to make sure the relation renders properly. The best way to avoid this is to adjust the geometry and move the nodes next to one another.

Can you provide more context on this relation. Specifically, which parts are considered Jamieson Community Correctional Centre? If I may pick your thoughts about this relation, I will have a better understanding as to why there are many members scattered about that are causing issues of unclosed loops and unconnected coastlines.
