Hi MxxCon, thanks again for reaching out. Per OSM guidelines regarding the building:part key, it would appear that ‘building:levels’ and ‘height’ tags are both needed on the building outline. I have re-added those tags to the building (changeset/142878945). Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Hi MxxCon, thank you for your feedback. The two tags were removed from the building in this changeset because they were added to the building part that has these attributes (way/1216366860). I used Bing streetside and Bing Birds Eye to confirm the building levels on the other building part geometries I added here. These changes can be seen in changeset/142734334

Hello Karson, thank you for reaching out and for your question. This edit was to fix a water body crossing warning. It is my understanding from the WiKi page regarding slipways (leisure=slipway) that slipways are not to be connected to a water body, but drawn “to the waters edge”.
