Hello, our team of editors have been removing the railway=level_crossing tag on abandoned railways as they are no longer in use, nor do they render on the map. railway=* I just checked the sources and I believe you might be referring to the crossing sign on the active railway to the East.

hyphens to commas*

Editors are adding addresses with multiple house numbers as they appeared on the esri Boston address dataset (using hyphens). You are correct in mentioning that the Wiki does not have a global consensus on how to add addresses with multiple house #'s, but it is recommended to use semi-colons or commas to separate the numbers. Moving forward, we will be switching from using hyphens to semi-colons. Secondly, our thought process for adding the individual address points within the building outline is that (11,13,15) for example, would only exist together in a single address and one would not be able to query for those individual addresses.
