| 113829201 | about 4 years ago | Editors are adding addresses with multiple house numbers as they appeared on the esri Boston address dataset (using hyphens). You are correct in mentioning that the Wiki does not have a global consensus on how to add addresses with multiple house #'s, but it is recommended to use semi-colons or commas to separate the numbers. Moving forward, we will be switching from using hyphens to semi-colons. Secondly, our thought process for adding the individual address points within the building outline is that (11,13,15) for example, would only exist together in a single address and one would not be able to query for those individual addresses. |
