I went back through those tags, and removed the incorrect tags so they better match what roads they are following. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you for sending this link, I was unaware of Hong Kong having a bilingual name system, so initially the names seemed duplicated with there also being an english tag. I've reverted all the changes I made so the names should be restored to how they should be! Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or concerns, thank you again!
