Thank you. I figured it out after fiddling with f4maps. For some reason it needs f4 speciifc buildings to be on for some buildings to appear but not others. Regardless, it seems that issue was not on the OSM design side so it is all right now.

For some reason, I can't get the 3D render to work on f4maps. I am not sure what exactly the issue could be. All seems fine on JOSM Urban Eye. If anyone has ideas, please do share.
