Hello. Apologies if this was not allowed, and that I didn't see this comment, but allow me to clarify a few things. All of the data was inputted manually on top of or offset from existing boundaries, as U.S. Congressional Districts are (None of it was automatically imported). If this still isn't allowed, please let me know and I'll follow the correct procedure.
