Fixed some drunkard edits. Perfectly fine trails were removed without first tagging them with `was:highway=path` for different seasons. Some ways were folded back on themselves, so that they went in two opposite directions at the same time. Logging machine tracks were tagged `highway=path` instead of `highway=track` with `tracktype=grade5` or `man_made=cutline`. Sometimes `visibility` was used instead of `trail_visibility`. Trails tagged with `mtb:scale` were not pointed downhill. Ways had inconsistent resolution with many spurious collinear points.
