Yes, I think it used to be a Kingdom Hall of the Jehova's Witnesses, but it doesn't seem to be used for anything at the moment, so on StreetComplete I marked it as vacant. Should I use a more sophisticated editor to say what it used to be?

Thanks for the info, I've added the prow_ref to the footpath. I actually got the reference from a physical letter that the Council posted to me, because the footpath is near my house.

Hi Dave, I'm really just concentrating on getting the underlying data correct without worrying too much about particular renderers. I really like the StreetComplete Android app, but I find I have to use the online iD editor for a lot of the changes that are necessary.
