For example node/3048919281 and node/2636897716. This geometry schema is likely based on the “highway_link” OSM Wiki page (osm.wiki/Highway_link) which states links can be “physically separated by an obstruction or painted island”. Aerial imagery and the OpenStreetCam imagery you provided show a painted barrier in the center of the intersection (https://openstreetcam.org/details/2212910/130/track-info). I appreciate your perspective on this scenario. |
