Not one of them but OSM them selves (and all others then) showed it incorettly as railway.

At least its now showed on map as a tram. With tags suggested by isidor, it was showed on map as a railway witch is completely wrong. So now its taged as railway=tram, disused=tram and its showed corectly as tram.

In third link posted by isidor from wiki:
"There is some use of disused=tram and disused=railway to mark railway type without using lifestyle prefixes."
