I see that you were the last one editing relation/18112752 which is overlapping with a bunch of small landuse=farmland created as ways, ie.: 1255996471, 1256134540, 1259532468. Is it correct situation or an action should be performed to remove these overlaps?

I am reviewing motorway classification and see that added element is connected with a motorway stretch and there is a conflict of the traffic and its direction. Could you tell me if this is valid edit or this connecting part should be in construction for now as this is in preparation phase?
