I understand that there might be local nuances in mapping in Taiwan and I might have inadvertently performed an error. Unfortunately I could not learn about the specific issue in the messages and the comments. I would deeply appreciate to understand what went wrong in this case so that I can learn from it and be more aware of local mapping practices in the future.

I applied the bollard tags based on TomTom’s street-level imagery which is available for OSM edits internally. Based on the examples on barrier=bollard, I decided use bollard tags. Please review and let me know if any further changes or reverts would be required.
