You're right, I re-read it. I've removed all of the bikeways and checked the road tags for bike lanes.

Literally per the documentation "cycle tracks that are running parallel and next to the road (consider map them as separate ways with highway=cycleway, or highway=path + bicycle=designated in case of shared foot- and bicycle ways)." the key words being consider mapping them as separate ways. In this case they are clearly marked and are running parallel to the road. In my opinion it makes sense to map them out since they are dedicated lanes and are marked as such and the documentation clearly takes that into consideration. To me it is better to be explicit with what is there than to be implicit, particularly when the documentation allows for such things.

Reverting changes so that it matches actual condition on roads. There are cycle paths/lanes here.
