Appears now to be fixed park homes, not caravan site

There are 3 very short sections in the road of this roundabout that are named Charing Cross. All the other sections were renamed to King Charles I Island. If that is correct (see below), were those just forgotten?

I'm not even sure if it should have been renamed to (only) King Charles I Island. It's not indicated that way on lots of maps. But if that is correct, leaving these 3 short sections with the old name seems wrong.

But I couldn't find that reference when looking up Knowledge of London and that street. I could only find various Knowledge of London related websites talking about the island using that name, but not specifically the road.

There is now an estate here consisting of roads such as Anchor Avenue, Riverside Close and Dobney Street

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
