As for factors, I considered overall connectivity and similarities between other roads. For example, I changed Chicago to tertiary because it was arguably more similar to Portland than it is to 4th. Cedar Avenue was changed to primary on the basis that it connects MN 77 to downtown, and carries quite a few lanes.

I don’t know really. It kind of just seemed weird to have a motorway (35E), Primary (MN 5), and Shepard parallel to each other. You can change it if you want.

How about those primary/trunk stubs that are located by interchanges? (I-35E and Cayuga Street) What should we do about them?

I found out that yes, it’s currently under construction. I’ll change the tagging later today.

I circled the roundabouts in a weird way. Since the roundabouts are made of several segments for the circle, I couldn’t just select it and make it a circle. I drew a line connecting every node of the roundabout and circled that. It seems I missed a node in my circling process.
