I didn’t actually update the name of the POI. I have a plug-in that updates the addr:street tag to match the street name when I updated the street name. I apologize for the lack of specificity in the changeset comment. I checked to ground imagery in Mapillary and I cannot confirm the name of the POI.

Thank you for reaching out. I am adding in missing geometry that I find, but I am not deleting any existing roads. I know how quickly cities can change and I know how old imagery can be. I have combined a few roads that should have been combined and I deleted some extra nodes off of roads.

I am cutting existing roads that wind through several sharp angles over long distances. This will improve my teams ability to add names accurately while we are on the ground in Tirana. Myself and a team of Kaart editors will be on the ground over the next week to improve the City of Tirana's data in OSM.

I understand there has been some communication between you and my peers at Kaart. Thank you for reaching out and do so at anytime in the future. I look forward to meeting you and the Albanian mapping community.
