Pour le chemin, j'ai ajouté : layer=-1 ; sinon il y a une erreur de type "croisement way et building" (on aurait aussi pu mettre le building en layer=+1 et laisser le passage en layer=0)

Les informations surabondantes correspondent au nœud Coiffeur :
addr:housenumber et addr:street sont déjà indiquées sur le building ; ce qui fait que cette double localisation crée une erreur "building in building" dans josm.

Il n'y a pas de problème. Ce n'est pas toujours évident de trouver le nom exact : cela pourrait aussi être Grand'Place ; mais dans ce cas, il faut les changer tous.
J'ai un cas similaire avec rue/chemin du Mont Saint-Roch et Mont Saint-Roch…

Yes, it's the NMBS crossing named L94-26. Picc is not yet adapted, but you can see the tunnel on "imagerie aérienne SPW les plus récentes" (I'll put my gpx trace as soon as possible)

You are probably right; before my visit, the street didn't have a name. I helped myself with the "PICC" layer of the Walloon Region, but it may be not correct. My "local knowledge" was because we went for a walk there (but 4 months ago). Priority to the last one that have seen the road name.
