Hello Kari, I searched further by checking into a different grid. I deleted that particular mark. But I do not recall marking this.

If I had known that you wanted to see if I know how to use this tool, that would have been a different approach to solve it.

I will look at the other grids and update the tags and any other marks to the best I can.

I did not mark anything outside the grid. I looked at my work and i do not see that mark you gave as an example. It could be anything such as imagery used. I noticed that using different imagery can make the points off the grid skewed such as buildings showing differences as a point. I need another example that you are referring. The example you gave I know i did not mark. Its possible that i accidentally mark it, but i know i did not mark off the grid. I did a foresic review comparison myself. I can fix the issue that you addressed by giving me other examples that you say I should fix. After your initial comment, I refined and added more tags to my work. I had a witness watch as i try to find that mark earlier.

Kari, I have worked in geospatial mapping for over twenty years, and while I know I am not perfect, I take care to ensure accuracy and completeness in every task I work on. When reviewing Task 65055, I noticed that some of the edits I previously completed now appear missing or incomplete, even though I had already validated the area and added the required features. Because OSM allows multiple mappers to edit the same geographic area at the same time, it could be that overlapping edits or later saves by another mapper may have affected what I originally entered. Additionally, if a task is saved in iD Editor but not formally marked as “Done” in the Tasking Manager, it would appear that the system may not record the work as completed.
I am trying to determine whether these inconsistencies could be caused by simultaneous editing or by the task not being fully closed out. I am learning the personalities of this excellent tool. If another mapper was still working within the same grid, or if I overlooked the final “Mark as Done” step, that might explain why the task now appears incomplete or with anomalies and inconsistencies. I appreciate any clarification you can provide so I can ensure future tasks are finalized correctly and avoid similar issues.

Thank you for this update. I do not recognize this line in the orange rectangle. It appears to be outside the blue grid for validation. I notice that there was one other person who was contributing. I stayed within the magenta line. Thomas

I see in the girds: A comment stating " Task for project 65055. Do not edit outside of this area! As a result I do not go outside of the magenta lines. " I cannot figure out the problem. I am placing the tags but cannot figure out the incomplete tags.

I am following through with the process but I have to check to see what is happening. I had similar problems with photomappers. If they are missing, i will go back and fix it. Please give me example and I can compare on my side. Thomas
