I found an issue with the layer tag. After that, I checked various satellite imagery but I couldn’t find any bridge or layer tag to support it. But based on pewu history, you added layer=2 to the rail. I wonder do you have any street-level information? Would you mind rechecking and fixing this issue? because I'm not sure how to fix this as an armchair mapper. Feel free to discuss or if you have any other suggestions to fix it please let me know.

Would you mind to recheck and fixing this issue?
It will help me a lot as a remote mapper because I'm not sure to review it only with the imagery.
