I did the validation check and it seems there are no errors since i didnot added any forign tags. however, when i call back my chagestsets from the server i had a note said there are 4 chabgesets unable to download. i donot know how to fix this so kindly if you have any solution to soleve this issue let me know.

You are right. I was in rush and did not follow the proper rules for OSM import procedures. What i can do in this case to reediting the uploaded data. i can add more tags and source citation too?
