Probably it should be as you wrote, but in reality, only the OSM map rendered it as a polygon. ID editor showed it as way as well as some of Map Layers and OSM partners. The same info wrote in the wiki.osm

Not really sure, but from conversation to this changeset https://osmcha.org/changesets/87349284/ user who created that building claimed that building created with local knowledges. We're trying to fix obvious problems, and one from our team changed this object without conversation. User was discontented by this edits and we decided to revert edits to the previous state. Right now I haven't found any confirmation about existence of this building in open sources and going to investigate this case deeper and ask for more information from user before any other actions will be done.

Hi! I've noticed that you relations on OSM have incorrect render. Probably the best way is to draw ways without tags and then add tags only to a relation. It's weird that lines have tag wetland (this tag used only for area objects). It would be nice if you will correct it!
