I see that Maxar Premium Imagery supports your claim. User, Bokaap, merely aligned the road and was not responsible for adding any tags to this way. However, since it is now tarmac and serves as a main road, it would be fitting to change the surface tag to surface=asphalt and classification to highway=tertiary. The same changes can also be made to way/673515955. If you agree with those changes, please go ahead and make the updates!
