Hi! These edits were made in an automated way by a bot that was created to fix duplicated inner polygons (more information can be found in the links in the tags). In case of a duplicated way, the bot copies the existing tags of that way to the inner ring way and then removes the duplicated way. It does not make any changes in the tags–these were already present on the duplicated way.
