This area is Part of Republic of India.

It's repetitive violation of India's Boundary.
Although Nepal has claim on Perticular Area, but The territory is itself in administrative control of India and its part of India's Uttarkhand state.
It's vandalism of Openstreetmap map policy by changing de fact border.

Unilateral Action by Nepal by publishing their own version of map will not change Ground realities. It will be reported as Vandalism on Openstreetmap.

you cant change de-facto border. otherwise it will be reported as vandalism.
