Hi muralito, the image appears to be pretty clear in ESRI World Imagery, I think it’s safe to create the multipolygon to display this feature appropriately.

Hi muralito, thanks for reaching out. I noticed that the park and water features weren’t rendering correctly here because of the building tag and wanted to update this so they render correctly. I can update this feature a different way since it's been reverted back to building=retail. I can create a multipolygon and add in the park feature as the inner member and I think it will render appropriately. What do you think of this?

Hi Jean-Marc Liotier, Thanks for your suggestion, I'll prefer flood_prone (flood_prone=*) tag on the highway if this area got flooded every rainy season.

Hi Jean-Marc Liotier, I appreciate your review and I'm not deleting anything here, just moving the tags to the multipolygon relations which is why they are getting flagged in OSMCha as invalid tag modification. (i.e. relation/10513292). Here, Esri World Imagery (Clarity) Beta is showing a new built-up as well. Highways falling under seasonally flooded zones can be mapped as flood_prone highway(flood_prone=*) or the area can be tagged with hazard_prone and hazard_type tag (hazard_type=flood).
