Exactly. That is how the town tells me the roads operate.

The town treats the green painted ways as the pedestrian sidewalk. Bikes & such are to be on the road.

Its the name of the building part

The office building has a total of 5 floors, a business per floor (Suite 200, 300, 400, 500), with the exception of the ground floor being a sort of open-air lobby with the elevator. The fifth floor is occupied by a charity called the "Women's International Zionist Organization". So yeah, it does take up the entire floor.
It's a weird building. The elevator takes you and acts like the main door to these 4 offices. I don't know if you can add this option but the Suite 500 business required a key card access to get on their level. Inside the elevator, one can press on all the floor buttons except for the 5th.

The Town of Bay Harbor Islands doesn't assign it any name. It is without a name.

I put "bicycle=unknown" because I wasn't sure of the buildings rules on their footpath. No worries about the address confusion I appreciate your contribution.

Address points were removed and placed onto the "Construction Area" address tag. I removed the buildings as they are not presently there and are being replaced by current construction at its location. The municipality of the Town of Bay Harbor Islands [https://www.citizenserve.com/bhi] & Miami-Dade County Property Website [https://www.miamidade.gov/Apps/PA/PropertySearch/#/] treats the plot of land as the address and so I go by that reference. I also live in the area and surveyed it personally myself seeing the property "home number" on the fences of the construction site.
To the last question, what did I place as "unknown" on the access tag? If this is in reference to creating a relation tag, this was by mistake and forgot to remove it.

Let me know of any other issues you've noticed on my edits. I appreciate the comment back.
