That was the issues, so I put the breadth tag in ford.
There is stone in the road where there is ford to cross the road. So, that must be replaced with bridge or log for convenience during travel. That was only the reasons why I kept those tags in OSM.

Hello, as ford is the water above the road. So, all i wanted to do was add the length and width of the ford but the width tag was invalid in JOSM, so i had to come up with alternatives like breadth to depict the width of ford. And by require replacement, I wanted to say that there must be something built like bridge or causeway or something like that.
