Do not call these malicious changes! The Kernzone is highly protected and it is forbidden to enter. These ways will also never be re-opened again. Several users of Openstreetmap are not respecting the tags and display these illegal ways in their apps and watches.

Fair point about the ways in the Erlebniszone. The ones I have removed from the Kernzone are clearly forbidden antique ways and will never be re-opened anymore. The only ways in Kernzone that exist are the main road plus the bike road downwards.
