This should be fixed now. Most of the errors were caused by misspelled street names. I have fixed some, but others, such as Șterca Șuluțiu instead of Alexandru Sterca-Șuluțiu, seem to be caused by the city hall, not OSM data.

I'm currently looking for similar mistakes in other cities.
