For Columbia CC, I wasn't quite sure where the fairway length grass around the greens ended and rough began because the view on Openstreetmap was from when the grass was dormant. Google Maps was a little better, but still not too good. So I decided to do the areas around the greens separate from the main fairway in case I needed to make changes around the greens. If I needed to delete the area, I could do that without messing up the rest of the fairway. I found flyovers of the three different nines at Columbia CC, which made it clearer where the fairway length grass was. It still would have been better to have an overhead view, but I did the best I could. If I had known before what I know now, I would have done the whole fairway, including fairway-length grass around the greens, in one piece.

Thank you for pointing out my error. I changed the fairways so that they are no longer surrounding the green, and removed the inner relationship on the two greens. If this causes a problem with anything you are working on, let me know and I can recreate the fairway and green as it was before.
