Excellent. Take a look sometime tommorow afternoon. The mapnik layer gets re-rendered each Wednesday, but it takes most of day to plough through all the tiles.

Happy birthday Potlatch

Hey that is cool, and I for one have enjoyed using it, especially since you introduced the various layers/backgrounds. So, many thanks for all the hours spent, and heres to many more!

Poaching in Ratingen

Disappointed that your title wasn't a reference to someone taking game illicitly.

Another area of Birmingham knocked off

Presume you will be changing the name to Tom (as in Peeping) .....

Half a million GPX points

Hey, thanks for that. I must get out more!

Half a million GPX points

As a matter of interest how are you doing your GPX sums?

Started Mapping :)

Welcome to the project! The long wait for uploads is not normal, although it does tend to happen Sunday evening's when folk upload their weekend's tracks.
You don't have to wait for a track to be processed in order to map it - if you're using JOSM then you can load it in locally and if you're using Potlatch you can click on the edit link beside the track to load it straight into Potlatch.

More roads around Ynstawe

I have used waterway=canal bridge=yes and have added it to the mapnik render, as at: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=51.68289&lon=-0.05455&zoom=17&layers=B0FT which actually shows a short section of tunnel too.

Birmingham mapping party

Look after them notes better, hippy!

UK canal progress map

Thanks for pointing this out! Now rectified and all Scottish canals included.

Worcester

When you go - can you resolve two main road queries? What is status of Croft Rd/Castle St? I went along it but didn't note signs. Is it red or green (rest are green). Also status of A38 in centre? Logically it can't just drop off at Sansome St.

Worcester

Will try to do my edits tonight, certainly before next planet dump on Wed. I got a trace of the A38 out to the B&B at end of day and some more minor road traces on my way to Stratford. Found "Cartographical Surveys Ltd" that I came across - on the web at: http://www.tsa-uk.org.uk/Cartographical%20Surveys%20Ltd.htm. Click the link to go to a truly horrendously old-fashioned website, with suitably poor location map.

Work in progress

Brilliant! Thanks for all your efforts on making Potlatch as usable as it is now. I don't know where you get the energy levels for the work. Cheers

Turnford and Cheshunt

On Saturday I did the framework of the sector to the North and West of the B156 towards Goffs Oak. Will fill in detail next time out.
