I've no idea. As you yourself say, there are several suggestions, none of them concrete, and this is what makes it difficult so I gave up. After many years research on historic items to make fell walks for myself more interesting, and over 10 years of not having them on OSM, they are there now.
If the OSM Gods come up with one specific tag that they are sure will "stick" then I'll use it. As for now, I'm happy.

And to me it's why tagging a building with all the shop details is wrong, as now this building is actually two named shops, not just one!!

When I visited about 3 days ago, Neon sheep is just part of the Main Shop, you can enter either door and go freely between them

Unfortunatley, the steps would have been a mistake and I'm not sure which bits are. so if you know, you can fix it or it will have to waite till I get a chance to visit.
Yeaj, aware B&M's are not open for 2 weeks tomorrow, but proamatically I may not remember to do it so though for a few weeks it's was my better option. I'll remove it and maybe I'll remember to re-do it sometime.

Made the bus lane bus = yes, motor vehicle=no. Finally the drop of is now destination only - I guess you could drive round it for a laugh, but it's sole purpose is dropping off people

Well after passing through customs recently, I saw it first hand. Roads are marked as such, and I've marked it to match. Much of what I read on OSM is "map what you see", so I did! The subtleties of what you are saying are beyond the level I really want to learn.
Bus lane and drop off are signed, and on the tarmac.
to me if someone is told by customs to turn up to lane 3 on Saturday afternoon, My sat nav can now do it.
If you're unhappy, just tell me what to change.
