I noticed you were opening some construction and proposed highways while adding access=no tags when the construction is yet to be completed in areas around Manila (changeset/138135854). This has left some odd rendering when these roads are connected to construction or proposed roads in OSM (changeset/161055613). The highway=construction wiki page (highway=construction#How_to_map_the_completion_of_road_construction) suggests that highways typically remain set as construction until made drivable/passable for general use. What do you think about changing them back to highway=construction for now while they remain inaccessible for driving through?

I noticed that Strava shows high traffic on the southern portion, but imagery is unclear. I would also appreciate any information you have on the date for opening the eastbound highways of BR-280 up to (way/1391229405). Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! I had initially updated this relation to attraction=boat_ride, as I interpreted the Pitcairn Island tourism website to indicate this as a cruise ship. However, upon closer review, it does mention that the vessel is used for freight and passengers can disembark for short stays on the island. I can restore the tagging to its original state of route=ferry.

Thanks for the additional context for these names. It sounds like it may be more appropriate to move these to the loc_name tag (osm.wiki/Names#Local_names_(loc_name)) since they are not official. I will also defer to your suggestion about name syntax - Route de Ceinture Ouest and Route de Ceinture Est. I used this layer (https://www.tefenua.data.gov.pf/datasets/08de13d5a8e94dcea4f15bb9c5280877_0/explore) to check for road names but did not see anything attributed in this dataset. If there is a different open resource you use for these types of verifications I would be happy to utilize that. I can make those changes if you agree with this proposal.

I don’t believe this road exists in that dataset either, in fact it looks like it could possibly end at node/6901977743. Is this the correct layer I should be using to verify this change?
