Hello russdeffner, thank you for catching the barrier=gate tagging on these service ways. I will go ahead and remove those tags. Regarding the addition of these ways, I believe the amount of physical separation seen in Mapillary (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=14.628482899971985&lng=121.06752299996992&z=19.9&pKey=700526024321585&focus=photo&x=0.7586078149787564&y=0.5129737723979751&zoom=0) warrants two separate service ways and adds beneficial detail to the map.
