Apple has an agreement with Maxar to use their more recent imagery to edit OpenStreetMap, which is not publicly available for editing OpenStreetMap. We generally use the imagery that is already available in JOSM but where we do use that more recent imagery, we always cite it and the date the imagery is from in the changeset source. The imagery I used for this changeset is from 2022-09-24 and confirmed the changes to the roundabout. Hope this answers your question!

Thank you for providing resources that support the bridge removal. Do you know if they will repair this bridge in the future or is this bridge completely demolished? If so, highway=construction and construction=* would be appropriate here. If not, I would recommend adding the tag disused:highway=tertiary to the road segment for future users that might review this location (osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix).

Thank you for making updates to the roads based on your local knowledge. I now see that the residential road I added is an unofficial path. However the service road that was removed appears visible and has cars on it in Esri World imagery. It’s possible that this is a newly constructed road, can you confirm if this is true?
