Thanks for the information. I mapped it because it appeared to be an emergency water tank. Do you know whether a container is placed at this exact location every fire season, or whether this was only a temporary one-off location? If it is not a regularly recurring designated location, I agree that it should be removed. If it returns to the same location each year, I think keeping it with seasonal=yes or seasonal=summer would be appropriate.
