Thank you for reaching out to me. I checked my edits and some history - railway=tram tag was added by voschix (you can refer to Version 20). I made the change to replace this tag by embedded_rails=tram using this Key:embedded_rails - OpenStreetMap Wiki as reference. Imagery sources confirms tram is connected to roads, hence I used Wiki. Please let me know if I need to fix this location.

When I look at more recent sources (AIV Flanders most recent aerial imagery and AIV Flanders GRB), I see that the building you added as way/813952387 is no longer there. Is it correct if I use the tag demolished:building to indicate this? I’ve seen this approach being used by other mappers, and it’s documented on the wiki, but I wanted to double-check with you first.
