I have cleaned up these building imports in https://osmcha.org/changesets/182026382 - Care should be taken with Microsoft building imports, as they're often wildly inaccurate in shape or merging buildings together.

Bing seems to be the most accurate imagery locally for offsetting against.
You may need to adjust the offset of other imagery - like Esri - multiple times if you move 100m away (or notice an image stitch where roads shift around)!
