I think the water IS marked as intermittent. The highway will probably be repaired quickly. Can you find any really current imagery of that location?

Hi Irma! I must've been tracing visible paths in 2015 after the big earthquake in Nepal. On the Bing Maps Aerial background, the area is still a treed area. I can only guess that there have been changes in the last 7 years. There was major flooding around there somewhere in 2022, so maybe that's when someone traced the flooded areas, over what was once not flooded.

Road changes type there, fixed. Speed limit for both is default "rural".
