Hello, I've noticed this edit appears to be a fictional edit that was accidentally uploaded to OpenStreetMap, and I was unable to find any information about these changes online. If these are fictional changes, please let me know and revert the changes if you can. Otherwise, if you could provide some evidence of these changes such as a link to an article, it would be greatly appreciated.

My apologies, it would appear I misread the documentation for trunk roads on OpenStreetMap. I originally found an older guideline that suggested this road should not be a trunk road, but the current documentation clearly does allow for this kind of road to be a trunk road. I've updated the roadways back to trunk roads in changeset: 146723257, but these changesets can also be reverted if necessary, they do not contain any other important changes.
