I aligned and connected the service road here node/9182675544, but did not add the wheelchair=yes tag on way/993911773. It looks like the user Nafis Fuad Khan (@Nafis%20Fuad%20Khan) was the one who added the wheelchair=yes tag in this changeset https://osmcha.org/changesets/112694269. Have a good day
