Hi Herman Lee, Thanks for bringing this to my attention, one of my team members was working in this area, I can see that way/869126618 is a weir (osm.wiki/Pt:Tag:waterway%3Dweir), and way/860550931 could be a man_made=bridge(https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dbridge) as it is working as access to the park or this boat-shaped building. Hi Kovoschiz, I found that already you made the adjustments and created a separate polygon for the department store. I am not comfortable creating type=site relation here as I want to represent the store as a separate entity.

Hi Enock, Vortsjarv has left the team so I reviewed this location. I think the water level has varied over the years and the available imagery shows it at a high point. In the past there has been a road. I noticed that they are building a larger, more permanent bridge here so I changed it highway=construction. Thanks!
