Apologies for the delay in replying. I changed them to footways for consistency with others in the area and because I believe it to be the most appropriate tag (osm.wiki/Pedestrian#Pedestrian_ways_independent_from_a_street). I removed width tags as they are clearly inaccurate (tagged as 3-4m vs approx. 1m in reality).
