| 177049919 | Looks like you deleted the bike paths with this change but in the process also deleted the SF Bay Trail relation. Should have added the relation to the road with the bike paths no longer there to support it. |

The path is not publicly accessible from Soscol Ferry Rd as it's blocked by the Napa Sanitation District gate. And the path is blocked from the Napa Airport side too. There is some heat on the path from Green Island Road but that doesn't connect to this path. |

| 173799138 | Why was this multi-use path deleted? When you cross Catalina Way the official Bay Trail sign points to continue along this wide path (not the road). Also, the Strava Global Heatmap data confirms that foot & cycle traffic is following the multi-use path and not traveling on the road. My activity has pictures:

| 173764706 | Why was this path added as Bay Trail? I see no evidence that it is legally accessible. The connecting paths are tagged as private and Strava Global Heatmap shows no trace of activity for this area. If this is preparing for future state then access should be private. |

| 159793764 | Yes there is an EBMUD permit to use the trails but it's so loosely enforced that effectively access=yes because anyone from the public who wishes to hike these trails can. Access=permit suggests that there's a restriction but in this case anyone who wants the permit can get one (there's no waitlist or limit) and nobody is guarding the trailheads to check for permits. I've hiked every EBMUD trail and have never been asked to show a permit. And access=permit is not consistently applied to all of the EBMUD trails (some show access=yes). This creates problems for applications like wandrer.earth that are working with global norms where permit is considered to be restrictive and treated as private so the paths are not visible or considered. |

| 158676378 | Hi Doug. The access is yes for foot and horses for trails that are currently open to the public. The area south of Radio Hill Trail and east of Bear Creek Road is closed to the public. See official map:
