I think this is an incorrect comparison, as city parks department vehicles, including pickup trucks, can drive on any pavement or even without pavement at all.

There is a road sign in front of the entrance to the passageway (https://maps.app.goo.gl/QYoxFXcWBGG9fwm9A) indicating whether it's a service road or train operates on it. It is not shown on the image.

Also, according to this wiki page (highway=service) it seems more likely to be a service road. However, recently, I found that highway=service for busways is now deprecated.

I understand the importance of avoiding duplicates. Unfortunately, JOSM lacks tools to detect and merge duplicated nodes within a specified radius upon import. I maybe review all points manually later. Could you please revert the last two changesets that I made?

Всё правильно - там нет здания. Это автобусный парк, как рядом в 6-м микрорайоне Жулебино. Сейчас исправлю.

Неужели нужно каждый газон добавлять как отдельный объект? Это долго - визуально разницы нет. Если есть логика, то готов исправить.

Теги сам не менял. marked - это обозначенный переход (с зеброй), unmarked - нет. Буду проверять теги перед правкой.
